This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you as a participant ("Member"), the participating brand ("Client"), and Boostified AB ("Boostified Pay"), for participation in campaigns ("Campaign") via Boostified Pay.

Assignment Conditions

By accepting your participation in the Campaign, you confirm that you have reviewed these conditions and commit to Boostified Pay to carry out the Campaign in accordance with the Assignment Conditions and the specific conditions established for the Campaign ("Campaign Conditions"). Note that you are not employed by Boostified Pay in performing the Campaign, unless explicitly stated.

General Conditions for Participation in the Campaign

As a Member, you commit to:

• Publish the content specified in the Campaign Conditions and ensure that the content is published before the agreed deadline, unless otherwise agreed.

• Ensure that the brand is clearly visible in the published content.

• Use the hashtags and mentions specified in the Campaign Conditions, and include these in the post's text, not in the comments section.

• Clearly and distinctly identify your published content as advertising and state that the publication is made in collaboration with the Client.

• Keep the content available for at least three (3) months.

• Ensure that the post is published separately from other collaborations.

• Not display other competing brands in the Campaign content.

• Not make your account private during the Campaign and for three (3) months thereafter.

Immaterial rights

Upon participating in the Campaign, you transfer the copyright of all materials created to Boostified Pay and the Client, along with their authorized resellers. By publishing the material in the Campaign, you grant an eternal, irrevocable, global, royalty-free, transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the material in accordance with these Assignment Conditions to Boostified Pay, the Client, and their authorized resellers. This license includes the use of the material on social media, websites, newsletters, advertisements, and other marketing platforms to promote Boostified Pay and/or the Client's and their authorized resellers' brands, products, and/or services. It also grants reposting rights to resellers, allowing them to leverage the material for their marketing efforts under the same terms, thereby enhancing the visibility and reach of the promotional content.

Compensation and Tax

After completing the tasks assigned to you in the Campaign, you will receive the compensation agreed upon directly with the Client. Boostified Pay is not responsible for the compensation. You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax on the compensation received.

GDPR and Personal Data

To facilitate effective collaborations and ensure compliance with tax obligations, Boostified Pay allows brands to access certain Member information necessary for the execution of collaborations and taxation. This information includes:

• Social media accounts

• First name

• Last name

• Personal identification number

• Email address

• Street address

• Postal code

• City

• Country

This access is provided under strict confidentiality agreements, ensuring that brands use this data solely for the purposes of collaboration execution and taxation, in accordance with GDPR guidelines. Members consent to this sharing of information as part of their agreement to engage in collaborations through Boostified Pay, respecting the privacy and data protection rights of all involved parties.

Confidentiality

You commit to observing confidentiality regarding all confidential information related to the Campaign, Boostified Pay, and the Client.

Assignment Duration

The agreed assignment automatically concludes after you have fulfilled your obligations according to the Assignment Conditions and Campaign Conditions, without the need for further termination.

This Agreement aims to clarify the conditions for your participation in Campaigns via Boostified Pay, with respect for the rights and obligations of the parties involved.
