Our advertising policies provide clear guidelines on the types of advertising content permitted on the Boostified Marketplace. When brands place an order, their ads undergo a review process based on these rules. If a brand believes their ad has been unjustly rejected, they have the right to request a review.

It's crucial to note that any violations of our advertising policies can lead to restrictions on the use of your profile, pages, and advertising accounts. These repercussions might include:

  • Disabling existing ads if the linked page has been restricted from advertising.

  • Limited ability to post new ads.

  • Restricted ability to merge pages and a revoked authorization to promote ads related to social issues, elections, or policies.

Tobacco and related products: Advertisements may not promote the sale or use of tobacco products and related paraphernalia. This also includes electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and other smoking-simulating products.

Weapons, ammunition, or explosives: No promotions of weapons, ammunition, or explosives are allowed. This includes accessories for weapon modifications.

Personal attributes: Ads shouldn't assert or imply personal attributes, including hints or direct claims about a person's skin color, ethnic origin, religion, beliefs, sexual orientation, habits, gender identity, disability, illness, economic status, union membership, criminal record, or name.

Controversial content: Using advertisements to exploit crises or to capitalize on controversial political or social issues is prohibited.

Personal health: No "before and after" photos that showcase improbable results are allowed. Ads mustn't promote a negative self-image to market diet products, weight loss solutions, or other health-related items.

Alcohol: Alcohol-related ads must adhere to local laws, industry standards, and licensing and include age and country targeting in accordance with local regulations. Note: Our policy prohibits ads that promote or reference alcohol.

Environmentally Harmful Products: Ads should not promote products or services causing significant environmental harm during their lifecycle.

Respect for Privacy: Advertisements should respect and not infringe upon the privacy rights of individuals, which includes the unauthorized use of personal data or promoting spyware/malware.
