Introduction
This Terms & Conditions Agreement outlines the relationship between you ("Member") and Boostified AB, corporate ID 559091-6754 ("Boostified Pay"). By registering on our platform, you agree to comply with these terms, designed to facilitate PR collaborations between members, brands, and agencies.
Privacy & Data Protection
In adherence to GDPR, we commit to the transparent and secure handling of your personal data. This includes collecting, storing, and using your data under strict confidentiality and data protection measures for service provision and any third-party access.
Membership
Eligibility requires an Instagram account, being at least 18 years old, and adherence to our comprehensive terms and campaign conditions. Violations may lead to suspension or denial of registration.
Account Termination
You may request account termination and data deletion by contacting us at info@boostified.se.
Subcontractors
For marketing and technical tasks, we engage subcontractors, granting them access to necessary data under GDPR-compliant supervision.
Collaboration Models and Tax Implications
Boostified Pay offers two distinct collaboration models:
Employment by Boostified AB: Members can be employed directly, with tax obligations managed by Boostified. Employment contracts are digitally signed, and employing brands are disclosed in campaign applications.
Direct Brand Collaboration: Members collaborate directly with brands, responsible for their tax tracking. All collaborations and received compensation are tracked in the member's Boostified Pay profile.
Brand Access to Member Information for Collaboration and Taxation Purposes
To facilitate effective collaborations and ensure compliance with tax obligations, Boostified Pay allows brands to access certain member information necessary for the execution of collaborations and taxation.
This information includes:
Social media accounts
First name
Last name
Personal identification number
Email address
Street address
Postal code
City
Country
This access is provided under strict confidentiality agreements, ensuring that brands use this data solely for collaboration execution and taxation purposes, in accordance with GDPR guidelines. Members consent to this sharing of information as part of their agreement to engage in collaborations through Boostified Pay.
Data Sharing & International Transfers
Your privacy is paramount. We share your data only as legally required or with your consent, ensuring GDPR compliance even in international data transfers.
Privacy & Marketing
Consenting to these terms allows us to use your data for targeted, anonymous marketing. For any data inquiries, corrections, or deletion requests, please contact our Customer Service.
Compensation & Responsibilities
Members are informed of campaign-specific compensation post-completion. Following campaign guidelines and ensuring content integrity are essential for compensation eligibility.

Member Obligations & Boostified Pay’s Role
